Payment methods We offer three payment methods - Payment-by-Invoice, Payment-by-Credit/Debit-card, and Payment-by-Paypal. The payment method on your order should be selected on page "Checkout 3 of 3".
Payment-by-Invoice
We are pleased to offer credit terms to all customers in the UK who are public sector organisations, larger private sector organisations, or larger charities. It is not necessary to open an account with us in advance. Invoices for "Payment-by-invoice" orders are raised on the day the goods are despatched. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice date.
All other customers who request Payment-by-invoice will be invoiced immediately upon receipt of order. The goods will then be despatched once payment is received.
Payment-by-Credit/Debit-card
We are pleased to offer secure online Credit/Debit card payments to all our customers. All payments are processed for us via Worldpay, one of the world's leading credit card payment companies, so we never actually see your credit card details.
To minimise the possibility of fraud, all Credit/Debit card payments are taken at the point of customer order not on despatch of goods. Credit card payments must be made by an adult 18 years or older. We cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by online orders being placed by persons under the age of 18. These orders will become the responsibility of the adult who owns the credit card used in the transaction.
Payment-by-Paypal
The third option is to make payment from your Paypal account, if you have one. Simply choose the "Paypal" payment method, and follow the instructions provided.
Currency for payment
All prices in this site are shown are in GB pounds, and are exclusive of delivery charges, which will be added to your order in the shopping cart. We only accept payment in GB pounds in this site. If you pay by credit card on this site, your credit card company will automatically convert GB pounds into your local currency.

Ownership of goods
Whichever payment method is used, we remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell goods if they are not paid for. |

Credit Card Security 4children2enjoy Ltd is a well-established, professional UK company. Full company details can be viewed on the About us page. We provide a high level of security in all dealings with our customers, at all times. This includes:
1. Providing a wholly secure environment for the online ordering of goods, by using Actinic, the UK's leading online shop software.
2. Offering all customers placing an online order the option to pay by credit/debit card or by invoice/cheque.
3. Processing all online credit/debit card payments through Worldpay, one of the world's leading online credit card processing companies. This means we never actually see your credit card details. |

Value Added Tax (VAT) We show both VAT-exclusive prices and VAT-inclusive prices in our online shop, because we sell to both private individuals and organisations.
If you are based in the UK
1. You will have to pay the VAT-inclusive prices if you are a private individual, or a small organisation which is not VAT-registered. The VAT rate is currently 17.5%.
2. If you are a VAT-registered organisation, you will only pay the VAT-exclusive prices. This includes almost all public sector organisations (including schools, LEAs and colleges), and all but the smallest companies and voluntary sector organisations.
Note that under UK law, if you are VAT-registered, the order acknowledgement and invoice that we send you must show the VAT. However, your accounts department will claim back the VAT, so only the net cost of the goods will show against your budget.
If you are based outside the UK but in Europe
If you are an organisation based in the European Union and have a valid EU VAT number, you will not have to pay VAT. Otherwise, you will have to pay the VAT-inclusive prices. Note also that you will need to email us your requirements before placing an order, so that we can calculate shipping costs.
If you are based outside Europe
You will not have to pay any VAT, but you will be responsible for paying any local taxes that may be charged to you by the tax authorities in your own country. Note also that you will need to email us your requirements before placing an order, so that we can calculate shipping costs. |

Shipping methods All orders are sent out by post or carrier, with a minimum shipping charge of £2.35. |

Order confirmation When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Delivery All products which can be ordered via this website are held in stock. We aim to despatch orders for in-stock items within 3 business days.
In the unlikely event that the product you have ordered has gone out of stock, it will be despatched to you as soon as stock becomes available. We reserve the right to part-ship in-stock items on an order, leaving the out-of-stock items to follow.
Please also note that:
1. if 30 or more of any K'NEX part is ordered, the parts will be weighed to satisfy the order, not counted individually. This may result in some minor variations from the quantity ordered.
2. after delivery has taken place, you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.
3. providing a part-complete or incorrect address may cause a delay in delivery. |

Guarantee You get the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty in respect of all the goods we sell.
Please note that we do not provide any warranties ourselves in respect of the goods and we exclude any warranties express or implied by statute, common law or of any other kind.
When we sell goods and services to organisations we exclude liability for claims regarding the quality or fitness for purpose of goods or otherwise, as permitted under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
4children2enjoy Ltd is liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We do not accept any liability for indirect or consequential losses or loss of profits. |

Privacy Policy 4children2enjoy Ltd do not disclose customer's information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, and to store your details (other than credit card details) if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders online or benefit from the other features that use cookies. However, you can still order using our offline order form (see FAQ).
Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy If the goods do not arrive or are incomplete, are the wrong goods, or are damaged when you open them, you must inform us within 5 days of receipt, via email at info@knexusergroup.org.uk.
We will accept returns of faulty goods notified to us within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
If goods are to be returned to us you will need to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) from us in advance. Goods must be returned in their original packaging together with all accessories and manuals.
If you change your mind we may take goods back at our discretion if they are unopened, unused and in perfect condition. There will be a handling charge of 15% of the purchase price for this service.
